Due to the big flood disaster in Thailand, Thailand LOCs asked donation from Lend a Hand project for USD 1000. The current lend a hand balance in Stanley’s hand is USD 718. Malaysia will return USD 300 plus some balance from their community project profit. However, the money was cut from Thailand congress profit, as the profit is still kept by Thailand LOCs. Collecting Thailand donation under Lend a Hand project will be promoted to all APDSA countries. It will be transferred to Thailand by the end of this year.

    APDSJ
It is planned to get some sponsor publish their promotion pages on APDSJ so that printed copies of APDSJ can be released. However, APDF’s accreditation is needed. The current format of APDSJ is still used while waiting for APDF’s accreditation.

    Update of MYM Taiwan
There will be 37 foreign delegates and 80 Taiwanese participants. LOCs will be in charge of your transportation between airport and hotel. All foreign delegates will be given an easy card which can be used for Metro, buses to transport around Taipei. Further information regarding the weather, etc., will be send by email to each participant. If there is any change about hotel rooms or the date of arrival and departure, it should be told to LOCs before November 15th.
    IDEM
IDEM has signed the sponsorship agreement and the payment should be received during their next payment cycle. Until email discussion with IDEM, there were still no APDSA applicants for IDEM congress. More publication about IDEM is needed.
